Very solid desk. Pleasantly surprised by how well put together and sturdy it actually is. Really beautiful once you actually put it together, the wood is finished and a bit of a polish to it that makes it look really sleek.

Ordered a desk and it was never shipped for 2 months. After several emails through support they told me I would have to order a replacement desk and when it showed up they would refund the first desk. Really? You're gonna make me wait for a refund on an item that you didn't even ship for two months? Another issue I had was that desk was bought during the christmas sale meaning it was half off. For me to order a replacement I would have to pay double what I paid for the original desk. When I notified support they offered a measly $5 coupon. No thanks. Informed support to cancel both my orders after that slap in the face. After that they finally refunded the original desk purchase but they still haven't refunded the second even though I have an email stating they sent the request for cancelation.

Hello, So sorry for the bad shopping experience. We've applied both refund for you. I would like to explain about this issue: For the first desk, we have shipped it on Dec. 23, due to the peak season, UPS capacity shortage, we also repeatedly urged them to update the status information, they promised us to update the information as soon as possible. The reason for the new order is that the original desk is different in size from the new one, the original desk is 82.6 in and the new one is 94.6 in. Regarding the price, the previous desk is at such a awesome price because of the Christmas sale. For the new order, we also give you a $40 discount to get a bigger desk at the same price. The new desk was delivered to your address and returned to our warehouse after being refused, so we did our best to compromise. Hope you can understand. Thank you! Although we lost two desk + shipping free, we still don't want to lose any customers who trust and like our desk. Please confirm if you get both refund and let me know if any other questions. Extremely friendly, very responsive and helpful. Went above and BEYOND what I needed and made the issue a very small thing. (Unsure who I talked too but both phone and email were perfect!)
