My iphone wasn’t charging but my airpods and apple watch were on the 3 in 1 belkin charger (this is a known issue and there’s a bunch of articles about it) and they said you need proof of purchase to get a replacement, if i spend £110 on a charger i expect it to work

Customer support was extremely unhelpful, contacted them regarding a lost power cable for the 3 in 1 wireless charger and was advised “Just to set your expectation . We don't replace nor sell Belkin charger accessories . Also this charger uses a proprietary adapter” also advices to buy another charger, but when I asked for links or spec chat was stopped. Will not purchase any belkin products again!

Minderwertige Qualtität, Ladekabel wurde von Apple aus dem Programm genommen und getauscht. Warum bekommt Belkin es seit Jahren nicht hin, bessere Qualität anzubieten? Sowas gehört nicht in das Apple Sortiment!

AVOID!!! Scam company!!! Purchased screen protector for my phone with 2 year warranty (free exchange) refused to provide replacement, tried to call but line always cut me off despite calling within the working hours! Can not deal with any enquiries through life chat, everything needs submitting on their website and when you do submit all proof of receipts, you then receive an email asking to resend it all again and if you still haven’t given up yet (as per their initial scamming plan) you get a reply saying ‘due to lack of evidence’ we basically will not refund/exchange/replace. Never again, honestly! Avoid at all costs!!!

Failed to deliver. Pissed me about for 14days. It's been shipped with DHL, hang tight will be you soon etc. Sorry we cancelled your order do deliver in your area. 😡😡😡😡. DONT TAKE THE ORDER, THEN LIE ABOUT THE SHIPPING.

Tried to order an item from their website, and after clicking "submit order" button, the screen came back with an error saying the item was not in stock. This was AFTER having wasted time putting in the address, credit card information, shipping method etc. Thinking this was a mistake, tried again and the order went through but for a different color. Contacted them via chat, and was told to call customer service next morning. Called customer service next morning, and was told to call them after receiving the item. Avoid this scam of a business.

J'aurai dû lire les avis avant d'acheter un câble de chargement à 40 euros! Belkin promet une garantie à vie et quand 1 an après l'achat le câble se casse, le SAV refuse toute prise en charge sous prétexte qu'il leur est impossible de déterminer s'il s'agit véritablement d'un câble Belkin, alors même que je leur ai joint plusieurs photos du câble + de la boîte qui contenait le câble + le ticket de caisse Fnac où je l'avais acheté! Je copie colle leur réponse sans recours, affaire classée pour eux : "Hi, Good day to you, We understand your concern, however upon review of your attachments we could not verify that your item is a Belkin Product. Though, you can try to visit the store or place where you bought the item and have their representative replace your item. Sincerly, Belkin Customer Service Je suis toujours dans le cadre de la garantie légale qui est de 2 ans et Belkin ne respecte même pas cela. Cela m'apprendra à faire confiance à une entreprise américaine qui n'a bien évidemment aucun respect des droits du consommateur.

J’ai effectué une demande pour remplacement de ma protection d’écran encore sous garantie depuis le 19/08/2023…..aucune nouvelle. Pas moyen de les joindre par mail, ce sont des adresses mail qui ne reçoivent pas. Inadmissible, malhonnête …je suis allée volontairement chez Apple la faire installer pensant avoir un service de garantie directement chez Apple en cas de besoin mais il faut faire tout un dossier en ligne pour être peut-être dédommagé…..et attendre une éternité. Service médiocre.
