I bought a Belkin Screen Protector from Apple Store at Square One. Her pitch was "you can replace the protectors for life". When I came to replacing the screen protector, there is SO MUCH UNNECESSARY friction that this entire "replacement for life" is a SCAM. Stay away from Belkin.

Bought a Belkin 10000mah power bank in Stanstead airport about three months ago. Only charged once now won’t charge with any cable. Belkin won’t replace it say you have to have receipt. They can tell it’s age from serial number it’s is a new product. Crap product and crap customer service. Won’t buy anything else by them. Their overall score here tells you everything you need to know.

Ordered from their online website and paid 28 CAD for 3 day shipping, on the third day still hadn't shipped yet (I was travelling a few days later) so I asked them to cancel my order which they assured me was no problem. 2 days later the order ships, now its not arriving on time and the cancellation I got on the phone was completely meaningless. Shameful service they shouldn't have a website if they'll do this kind of garbage.

Terrible service. Can’t solve your problems. I have to constantly chase them. Not willing to understand what the other person is saying.

Like many others on here, I purchased a Belkin screen protector which included a replacement warranty. However, I have been trying for months to get a replacement without success. Customer service is absolutely appalling - no one ever gets back to you, no one ever makes proper notes of the conversation so every time you chase you have to explain the whole issue all over again. I eventually was told they no longer stock the screen protector so can't replace it and will give me a refund. But every time they say they will be sending a link to request the refund it never arrives - interestingly I have had no issues receiving emails from them before at the same address! Given my experience and seeing all the other reviews I can't believe this company is still in business and certainly can't understand why Apple would still be using them. Absolute sham!!

Ich habe im Apple Store Hamburg durch einen Mitarbeiter eine Panzerfolie für mein iPhone 15 pro Max erhalten, (wurde per Maschine drauf gemacht) nach drei Tagen war am oben Rand eine Blasenbildung
