Hi Cjrays, Thank you for taking the time to share your experience — we’re really glad to hear that you’ve had such a positive experience with our customer service. We understand how frustrating it can be to wait on a redemption, especially after your account has already been approved and all required information has been provided. While many redemptions are completed quickly, some can take a bit longer due to review volume or final processing steps. If you’d like, please reach out to us via Live Chat or email with your account details, and we’ll be happy to check the status of your redemption and make sure everything is moving forward. We appreciate your patience and look forward to your update. Yours, Bankrolla Team

Hi Yvonne, Thank you for sharing your experience. We’re sorry to hear that this situation has been frustrating. We want to clearly state that Bankrolla does not engage in phishing and we never request full card numbers, PINs, or sensitive banking credentials. Any verification requests are made strictly to protect account security and to comply with our internal policies and Terms & Conditions. In some cases, during a redemption review, our team may need to verify ownership of a payment method that appears in the account history — even if that card is no longer active. This is a standard security measure designed to prevent unauthorized activity and protect both players and the platform. If a card is closed, we only request limited proof, such as confirmation from the bank showing the card is closed, with sensitive details masked. We also want to clarify that verification requests are handled by a coordinated team. If multiple agents were involved, this was to ensure accuracy — not to pass responsibility or delay the process. If you’re willing, we’d appreciate the opportunity to review your case again and make sure everything is handled clearly and fairly. Please reach out to us via Live Chat or our official support email, and reference your Trustpilot review so we can locate your account quickly. Your feedback is important to us, and we take concerns like this seriously. Yours, Bankrolla Team
