I deposited $317 and played it up to $504 on blackjack. When I went to redeem, they asked for slot of information like my id, card numbers, and bank statements. After I sent all that they informed that I was not going to get my money out and subtracted my redemption of $504 from my account meaning they took all my winnings. The reason they gave was I broke TOS promotion use outlined in clause 11(b). All I did was buy their promotion and played their game, but that is not allowed on bankrolla. When I Ieft a review with my information that could easily be traced back to my account they flagged my review as fake. PLEASE do not waste your money on this site!

they stole all my SC and my winnings after claiming i was addicted, they told me all my redemptions have been void and i can only play Gold coins and all my sweeps coins are void, dont play on that site they are a scam! they stole $2800 from me and they know my username so dont pretend under this post that you will help me out! if this review is still on trustpilot it means they never resolved my case

Bankrolla is a good website to play games are fun and you actually win but the payout not that great. I’m in my 6th day of submitting one of my redemption and still nothing like everyone else customer service said they are behind but my husband gets pay within hours (smaller amounts) but still, every time I reach out to them they say they will flag it to get it approved faster which never happens. I will update my review and give proper timeline once I receive ALL my redemptions. Thank you.

By far the WORST online casino. Submitted my redemption on 11/23. It is now 12/3 and still no payout. My redemption was rejected 4 times because they wanted 3 different proofs of address which is ridiculous. Finally my documents were accepted now I’m waiting for the payment department. When I reach out to support I get the same automated messages. They’re either backed up with redemptions or having system issues. They have escalated my redemption 5 different times. I’m starting to think this company is a scam. There’s no customer service number to call. Just email and chat. And they have the same 3 people responding. I don’t usually write bad reviews but this situation has really frustrated me so I just wanted to warn other people before you play this casino, and get your hopes up, send in your personal information ie:bank statements, utility bill, ID, and debit card, for NOTHING. BEWARE! If I end up receiving my redemption I will either update this review or just delete it all together. UPDATE: It is now 12/7 and I still haven’t received my redemption. Every time I contact customer service I get the same message that my redemption is under review. Disappointing but oh well. Stay away from this casino!

The website itself is nice. The games don’t do that frequent reloading and crashing just like most other sites. It’s only happened once but that was when my phones gps bounced towers and it asked for location permissions again. I’m going on day 4 of redemption wait. I’ll come back and update to 4 stars once I get it and verify. I’ve won quite a bit. The vip system is decent. There’s really no issue with the site other than redemption speeds.
