The customer service was excellent and the whole process of scheduling, taking the test, and getting the results went very smoothly. Our medical consultant was very patient with us and very knowledgeable and was able to help us with all our technology questions.

Signing up and creating the vacination credentials was a little clumsy at first but Customer support was very helpful with easy ready access each time I had a problem.

Very efficient and convenient way of getting return travel pcr testing complete. My only complaint would be the cost.
