Our testing experience was fairly simple and straightforward. But be sure you have a rock solid internet link when you try this in a foreign country

This process was very complicated for me so my wife did it for me - Even she needed to call your staff several times for help. Now in saying that - Your staff responded immediately, Very professional and polite even helping us posting everything for our Hawaii trip. In fairness , some of our issues may of been due to our lack of computer skills( I am 76). Overall ,I would recommend this company.

This was an extremely confusing & complicated experience- it took the 3 of us nearly 4 hours to complete it, and it’s still confusing to find the files to upload to travel portal.
