I paid and then was ghosted
I chatted online with the bot, then received a call from the doctor. That was done within 30 - 45 minutes due to the urgency of the matter. The chat bot relayed the cost would be $5, but it was actually $47. Then the doctor prescribed a medication, but, it was never called in because their system kept timing out. After that, I was unable to get in touch with anyone.
