Good Afternoon! My name is Michael, and I'm one of the managers here. I do apologize for any issues you had with your rental, on behalf of Arwood Waste. Yours was an atypical experience, as we pride ourselves on our timely deliveries, as well as our excellent customer service. There is no excuse for what happened, however, we're only human, and unfortunately accidents do happen. If you're willing to give us another chance to make this right, I would be happy to offer you a discount on a future rental. We would hate to lose you as a customer. Please feel free to get back to me directly with any questions you might have. Thank you, and have a wonderful rest of your day.

ORDERING: Initial experience was fantastic! Bria is the name of the rep I spoke to. She was very courteous, knowledgeable of the products and pricing, and helped me get very quickly through the ordering process. Now, just waiting for delivery of units and service.... more to come

Ordered lift online for drop off date of 6/12, I had been told that 6/13 was probably the earliest they could do which was fine. On the 14th I was notified by POC that it had not been delivered, so I called and was told I would receive a call back. I called 5 times that day and only received a call back after asking for a manager. The dumpster was never delivered that day and no one could tell us when it would be, no discount was offered for our time and loss of production. We cancelled the dumpster that afternoon after finding another solution, then the next morning a dumpster was delivered even thought it was cancelled. The gentleman who helped me make sure the dumpster was picked up and we were not charged was great and a big help, otherwise the lack of information and inability to get information was unprofessional.

Overall our experience was very good. They showed up on time and there were no issues with delivery. The portable toilet should have been serviced last week but no one came out, so its a bit smelly. Other than that we were pleased with Arwood. Thanks Jeff
