The service to our property was great. The biggest problem with the company is they don’t communicate within their own company. You pay a bill but it isn’t communicated to all departments. So even after payment is made you are harassed with rude and excessive emails.

This ordering process was extremely easy. Have not gotten the product yet as I just ordered it, so I am not able to comment on that part of the service.

Got through the whole process. Paid in full. Then right afterwards received a text that they could not fulfill the order. A text, really? Have the courtesy to make the phone call. Better yet, don't waste the customers time. If there was zero stars, I would have clicked that.

I made a reservation and received a change and an up price change at the last minute. I will not be doing business with this company again.

The service rep (Toni) was very polite and made sure my family an I will have a great experience. Their prices are very competitive. Looking forward to our vacation with guests at our cabin.
