I've been using Asana since 2017 and it's been a great experience so far. At the end of the day, it's a project management tool, so it's only as good as how you set it up. Highly recommend it for small teams that collaborate quite often on tasks and projects.

Ich wollte gerade meinen Account löschen und es war einfach gefühlt unmöglich denn sobald ich mich angemeldet habe, kam schon die Meldung ich müsste monatlich zahlen. Habe dann einfach ganz schnell auf das Account Icon geklickt und dort konnte ich dann Einstellungen machen. Schon eine Frechheit das alles.

The billing practices are extremely misleading. Initially, I subscribed for a 1-year plan with upfront payment for 2 seats, thinking it was a straightforward process to get a better deal. However, I later discovered that they had automatically signed me up for 5 seats without my consent. Surprisingly, my credit card was charged monthly, even after I canceled my plan. The cancellation page is intentionally confusing, adding to my frustration. I have now canceled for the second time, but getting customer support is nearly impossible since there is no support number to call. Exercise caution when dealing with this service.

I had an account with Asana Premium. I forget to cancel my subscription. I cancelled my account after I saw Asana got the payment. But they didn't refund me after I reached out the support.

Incredibly deceptive billing practices. I had signed up for 2 seats and purchased a 1 year plan with the payment up front to get the better deal. Simple right? Unfortunately, I learned after the fact that they had me signed up for 5 seats. I had never once clicked on anything related to purchasing 5 seats. Further to my dismay, my credit card got billed monthly, and then continued to get billed and after cancelling my plan. Be cautious on the cancellation page as it is designed to be confusing at best. I have now cancelled for the second time. Also good luck getting any customer support as there is no number to call support.

Several times our team was divided into divisions, and as owner of account I didnt have access to all projects. Customer support agreed that we had many tech difficulties because of their error - so they suggested to extend our trial period. Then they didnt extend our trial period and we were billed. We asked for refund and to remove our bank card from system. That was ignored - even though we contacted customer support more than 10 times. Later, we agreed to pay monthly for premium for 3 users. Asana charged us for 10 users, without heads up, without explanation. They refused to refund us again, and our request to remove card is still being ignored. This is scam!

Asana is the most powerful cross-collaborative work software in their category, I can't go back to work without Asana. It has made me and my team 60% more productive and focused.

I used Asana for 5 years now i use clickup and notion. - Asana Doesn't do half of what free competitors do - Very little developments for one of the most expensive in its category. - Every new but weak feature means the user has to upgrade to an even more expensive seat. - The Ui was taken from one of many other companies. aka use other cheaper options if you feel some loyalty - A big problem - Aggressive and misleading pricing and marketing No where visible do they say you must have more than one user. so you use if for free for a month - THIS will bug you like no other. - there are pop ups every time you delete a task that stack and stay there for a second or more, this stack grows over all your navigation, users have moaned about this for years. - Customer service the absolute worst for years - Don't believe me look at their stocks, they will no doubt be acquired, as will your data. AKA AVOID!!! - Don't bother emailing them. Note to Asana, I have emailed you many times about issues through out the years, you always show great enthusiasm in non-understanding, and failed promises. I am angry though, becuase after not using it for many months, i was offered a free trial for a few months, so i thought ok, last chance i'll compare and see if you do offer any new features or bring them into a standard and reasonable price plan. I don't like these guys at all. and don't believe that google and other companies use it, as other companies claim the same, there probably just a few individuals. So long old friend, you let me down, at one point i had my whole company using you!
