Sadly, I had no option cancelling my subscription through a computer after being let go of a job. I was charged unfairly and they won’t consider a refund. I would be highly cautious in subscribing to any of their services: they are ruthless

They changed their free tier package from 10 seats down to 2 and provided only a 2 week heads up. How can you rely on a company for something so important if the terms are subject to change with such little notice.

I'm not sure if there's any need to add to what people have already said but since the salesperson (who was very helpful and attentive) hooked us in, it's been hard work. Please watch out for their 30 day cancellation period!! You have to cancel 30 days before an annual subscription ! It says on website you can cancel anytime and none of their reminders say anything about this. Currently they're trying to slap us with another annual charge despite asking to leave 2 weeks before renewal. WATCH OUT.

I used Asana for my company, and while it works reasonably well for project and task management, the overall experience was disappointing. The pricing feels less transparent than advertised, with paid features becoming difficult to remove after the trial. The annual subscription and per-seat pricing were also more expensive than initially expected. I was particularly frustrated with the renewal process after attempting to cancel my subscription. Getting a clear resolution from customer support was difficult and time-consuming. For a business, I expect straightforward pricing, transparent subscription terms, and responsive support. Based on my experience, I would be hesitant to use Asana again.

I'm not a direct customer, instead a company that was selected to manage the delivery of a letter to me added me to the Asana list to be Phished. Their email included this Gem "Data contributions: We’ve included more information about how we will use the data you provide to Asana, starting on September 16, 2026, to glean de-identified insights into how you use our products and features." So they are TELLING me that they are abusing commercially confidential information. American law is catching up with this kind of abuse, seeing Asana in court would be a very good day. AVOID

They hook you with a free trial, sneak in paid features without telling you, and then lock your whole workspace behind a multi-seat subscription once it expires. When you try to sort out the billing mess with support, you just get trapped in a useless chatbot loop that goes nowhere. Total software bloat designed to bleed your cash flow.

A dishonest trial period that will trap your work behind a paywall. They force a 15 days trial period, without clearly indicating what features are premium, including options in your work, that after the trial period, will block completely your project, unless you pay the fee, without option to remove those extra features (that you didn't even know were premium) Honestly, a disgusting commercial strategy that I hope it will blow up on their faces. Not putting a cent in here.

Zonder waarschuwing, zonder toestemming zetten ze je gratis trial om naar een betaald abonnement mét 5 extra seats die ik nooit heb aangevraagd. Zomaar €81,61 van mijn rekening voor één maand (!!!) Klantenservice: een chatbot die een "claim" indient en verder niets. Nu moet ik zelf via PayPal mijn eigen geld terugvorderen. Zorg dat je NOOIT je betaalgegevens aan dit bedrijf geeft. Zelfs een "gratis" trial is bij Asana een valstrik.
