Our sales rep did a great job but installation and quality of product was less than ideal. It took over 7 hours on the first day and the installer had to return because they didn't bring one part. Also, after the second day of installation we discovered two chips in the seat belt and then a crack that went all around the plastic casing. We will have to have the installers come out to replace either the part or the entire seat.

Hi Ellen, Thank you for sharing your experience with us. We’re glad to hear you felt well-informed by our sales rep, but we’re truly sorry that the installation didn’t go as smoothly as planned. It’s disappointing to learn about the missing part and the issues with the seat belt and casing. We will certainly look further into this issue on our end, as we strive for excellence and are always seeking to improve. If there’s anything further we can do to assist you, please don’t hesitate to reach out. Thank you for giving us the opportunity to make this right! Sincerely, The Arrow Lift Team

The stairlift was installed as scheduled and worked satisfactorially while the technician was there. Unfortunately, shortly after he left the unit start acting up. There were multiple beeps due to a low battery, and by the second day the unit would no longer move. Since this is a vacation home, we've had to reschedule another service call in November when we will be back here. Hopefully, the tech can resolve the problem (battery related) to we have a reliable means to the second floor of our cabin.

Having a reliable stairlift is essential, and we apologize for the inconvenience caused by this unexpected issue. Rest assured, we’ll be ready in November to ensure everything is functioning as it should, so you can fully enjoy easy access to your cabin’s upper floor.
