I have not been able to go down to our basement where my washer and dryer is, also my freezer and our tv room. With the stair lift I can and it gives me a new sense of freedom.

Try one of the many other companies out there! The owner’s response to my concerns were —- if your stair lift gets you from point A to point B “Goal” - that sums up the answer I received. Fortunately, for me, one of their competitors helped me out.

Dear Noreen, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re genuinely sorry to hear that your experience left you feeling unheard or dissatisfied. We want to be clear and transparent that we’ve been unable to identify a conversation matching what you described, and our owner was not involved in any direct communication. After seeing your review, members of our management team did try to reach out by phone to better understand your concerns and see if there was a way to help, but we weren’t able to connect. That said, we never want anyone to feel dismissed. Our goal is always to understand each client’s situation fully and provide thoughtful guidance—not just a functional solution, but one that truly fits their needs. We regret that this wasn’t your impression, and we’re sorry we didn’t have the opportunity to talk it through with you directly. Best regards, The Arrow Lift Team

David was a “no pressure” sales rep which was greatly appreciated! And our installation guy could not have been more polite or helpful. He even cleaned up all of the empty boxes! Fantastic experience all the way around.
