From the outstanding service from Nathan Stockwell. Nathan expert service showing us different options for our needs for our 91yr old Mother. Nathan was very kind and had a very pleasing and comfortable attitude which made the sale for the Heard family very reassuring for the sale. My Mother loves our new Arrow lift and makes her independance so much better. And Ray our installer was very professional from start to finish explaining all the working and mantiance of the stair lift. I highly recommend arrow lift to anyone in need of one. Outstanding service before and after the sale top drawer company and staff.

Our salesman did a good job of describing the functions of the chair lift, then offered to take us down to their showroom so that we could actually see one and try it out. Our installer was very knowledgeable, efficient and personable. All in all, it was a very pleasant experience and we’re very pleased with our new chairlift.

The product is excellent and has allowed me to do things I had to stop doing because I couldn't access some areas of the house. Kyle installed the lift efficiently and was sure I understood how to operate everything before he left.
