Thank you so much for the kind review! We're thrilled to hear the delivery went smoothly and that the driver was able to help get the package down to your basement. That extra step makes a real difference with a piece this size. It's always great to hear when a Murphy bed doubles as a conversation piece. That dual-purpose design is exactly what makes these cabinet beds so special: they blend right into the room as furniture until you need the extra sleeping space. We're glad your friends are enjoying the "surprise" factor as much as you are. Thanks again for choosing Archic, and we hope it serves you and your guests well for many years to come. - Archic Furniture Team

Thank you so much for taking the time to write such a thoughtful review! We really appreciate the detail, and it genuinely helps other shoppers understand what to expect. We're so glad our team was able to put your mind at ease during the wait. That kind of anxiety before a guest arrives is completely understandable, and keeping you in the loop with delivery updates is exactly what we strive to do. It means a lot to hear that our "real people" customer service made a difference. Your notes on assembly are spot on. Carving out a little extra time and following the instructions closely really does pay off, and we love that you found the bed-to-cube process fun once you got the hang of it. The thick mattress pad is a great tip too, and one we often recommend for guests who prefer a softer feel. It's wonderful that the Cube has become such a versatile piece in your home, pulling double duty as a guest bed, console, plant display, and part of your arts and crafts studio. That flexibility is exactly what we designed these cabinet beds for, and the lower profile is a favorite for rooms where space and sightlines matter. We're also thrilled that your son and daughter-in-law enjoyed their stay, and we'd love to welcome them to the Archic family if they decide to get one of their own. Thanks again for the kind words and for being such a wonderful customer. - Archic Furniture Team

Thank you for the kind review! We're so glad our sales rep was able to walk you through the options and help you find the right Night and Day Cube for your space. Every room is different, and taking the time to match the right configuration makes all the difference. We're also happy to hear the shipping timeline worked out well and that the post-delivery follow-up felt like a nice touch. We genuinely want to make sure everything arrived safely and that you feel supported well after the order is complete, not just during the sale. Thanks again for choosing Archic, and please don't hesitate to reach out if you ever need anything down the road. - Archic Furniture Team
