I still don’t have the bed and you keep telling me you are contacting the shippers who allegedly have it and I have to keep asking you every few days what is happening. It’s been since April I think. Please please please get me the bed

Everything about my experience with Archic Furniture was terrific. Stella helped me find exactly what I wanted and helped me navigate the ordering process with skill and professionalism. The company used to deliver my purchase, Estes, kept me informed of every movement of my order. The delivery driver, Miguel, delivered my order with care. And we love the quality and look of our new beds.

This bed is beautiful, high quality, and very easy to open and close. The mattress is also much more comfortable than I expected. I paid extra for delivery and assembly, and it was absolutely worth it. Since I live alone, even if I had asked someone to help me, it probably would have taken us an entire day to put it together. The package was also extremely heavy and barely fit into my building’s old elevator, so I honestly have no idea how I would have managed it myself without help. Thankfully, two wonderful men from the Archic company brought everything in, unpacked it, and completed the assembly in about 30 minutes since part of it was already pre-assembled. They even took all the packaging and garbage with them afterward. They were professional, kind, and lovely to work with. I’m extremely happy with the final product and highly recommend this bed to anyone living in a studio apartment. It fits beautifully into the space and offers a lot of storage as well.

Customer service was very easy to work with! They reached out right away when they realized the requested assembly charge was going to be more than estimated and provided options so we could determine the best choice for our budget. The optional trays we purchased didn’t arrive with the delivery and customer service was there the whole way through to help remedy the situation and keep us posted. And the Murphy bed cabinet is wonderful! Would definitely purchase from here again!

My experience was top notch from beginning to even after delivery. The ordering was simple via their user friendly website. Robb delivered it flawlessly and Stella has been in touch to make sure all is well. The cabinet is a beautiful piece of high quality furniture. The cabinet easily turns into a queen bed .

I did a lot of research before choosing which brand of murphy bed to purchase. Archaic did not let me down. The bed is beautiful and I was able to build it myself in just a couple hours! Converting it is super simple and also can be done alone. It’s just what I was looking for!
