Devon was my technician and he was great! He was very knowledgeable about Whirlpool appliances and he quickly detected the issue. He came on time and completed the repair in a timely manner. I would recommend him and his company, Appliance USA to anyone in need of service.

The first tech came out and charged us $348 each for diagnosis on our refrigerator and in walls unit. I was told by the owner that the diag fee is $99 / appliance. The tech return with both the part for the fridge and the part for the unit wall unit. For the in wall unit the circuit board did not solve the problem. The tech told me he would refund the cost of the circuit board. A second tech came out and explained that the the in wall unit needed a different circuit board plus a fuse. He charged me an additional $185. When he returned with the parts they did not resolve the problem. After arguing with the owner he gave me $250. After researching the problem I found a,connector between the wall unit appliances that was disconnected. I reconnected it and everything works fine. These guys amateurs. They just want your money.

Our experience has been above and beyond. Would highly recommend Appliances USA Pro. Devon was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and friendly with a great attitude. He explained the repairs about our dryer and dishwasher, and had everything back to working properly in no time. Five stars, and will be a repeat client for any appliance repairs in the future.
