Gabriel from Appliances USA did an exceptional job repairing our refrigerator. It wasn’t cooling properly, and he quickly diagnosed the problem with the evaporator fan and replaced it. The refrigerator has been working perfectly ever since now for about 10 days. He arrived on time, took the time to thoroughly check everything, and cleaned up his work area before leaving. He also cleaned our dryer vent, which was full of lint and pet hair, and did a great job. Booking the appointment online was quick and easy, too. We’re very pleased with the service and highly recommend Gabriel and Appliances USA.

Rafael came out at the specified time and as it turned out we don't have a filter on our ice maker on the refrigerator. But Raphael was very professional and relieved our concerns.
