I switched from a competitor. I have never looked back, customer service is great, I get a call back on questions and get real help, videos and website is super, technology is cutting edge. suggestions are herd and acted upon, Appfolio sets the standard, price is fair. Overall 5 stars

If you have or manage multiple rental properties, getting Appfolio is a no-brainer. Having a central location to run the business from has mobilized myself and my teams. Resident retention and satisfaction is also up because we're able to communicate and respond to requests much quicker with more accurate information. The people at Appfolio are easy to work with and genuinely care about making your business better - I wish all of my vendors were like this. I made the decision to transition from a different, not-so-great, property management software to Appfolio and I would do it again in a heartbeat.

First of all, I like how this system is completely cloud-based. I can use it from any computer or smartphone, which makes traveling a lot less painful when I get back, seeing as I can do accounting, rent week, and communication with tenants from anywhere I have internet! The dev team has done a great job of adding useful functionality to the program and allowing the customers a voice in what needs to be done. Transition to Appfolio was smoother than I expected. I would recommend this to anyone in property management!
