Andsky had great customer service. They helped me along the way by pointing out I had inadvertently ordered unnecessary parts for the bike and kept me up to date on delivery times. Always a quick reply and good attitude.

Very good bike, built vvery well. Only problem is the seat will not lower enough for short people. With that shock built in the seat you can't lower seat, but if the shock wasn't there the seat would go down another 3 to 4 inches.

I just hit 500 miles tonight I got it about 3 weeks ago. AMAZING and so much fun.

easy to assemble and it is everything you advertised. Great quality and it is a beast on hills in all wheel drive mode. Great value for the price.

The software in the controller that allows customization at each PAS level is nice. Shipping was fast. Emily of your service team was very responsive.. The assy. of the bike was straight forward with no issues, all parts fit together nicely. The only concern is the open wire pass through hole in the back of the crank box.
