These bikes are awesome. We bought two of them and we have really enjoyed them so far. So far I have zero complaints and only one note. They are 26” bikes so know they are big. I’m a short guy and have to get on and off at rolling starts but I love them. My son and I can take them most anywhere and the power they have is amazing.

Here's a detailed review based on your experience with Andsky and the customer service you received from Emily: --- **Review of Andsky E-Bikes** I recently purchased two e-bikes from Andsky, and I am thrilled with my experience. From start to finish, the process was smooth, and the assistance I received from Emily in customer service was exceptional. **Product Quality:** The e-bikes themselves are top-notch. They are well-built, sturdy, and offer a comfortable ride. The battery life is impressive, allowing for long rides without the worry of running out of charge. The features are user-friendly, and the overall design is sleek and modern. Both bikes have exceeded my expectations in terms of performance and reliability. **Customer Service:** Emily in customer service was a standout during my purchasing experience. She was knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely interested in helping me find the right e-bikes for my needs. Emily took the time to answer all my questions and provided valuable insights into the different models available. Her professionalism and friendly demeanor made the entire process enjoyable. It's rare to encounter such dedicated customer service, and it truly made a difference in my purchasing decision. **Overall Experience:** The purchasing process was straightforward, and I appreciated the clear communication from Andsky regarding the order status and delivery. The e-bikes arrived on time and in perfect condition, ready to ride. I also found the warranty and support information helpful, giving me peace of mind about my investment. In conclusion, I highly recommend Andsky for anyone looking to purchase an e-bike. The combination of high-quality products and excellent customer service, especially from Emily, makes them a standout choice in the market. I am excited to enjoy many rides on my new e-bikes and look forward to future interactions with Andsky.

Overall, we like our S700 series ebikes. We do have a couple of suggestions to make them better. There's a huge bump in speed from PAS1 to PAS2. That gap needs lessened. Seat needs more cushioning. Phone holder doesn't fit larger sized phones or phones with cases. Outside of those little things, we think they're great. Long battery life, good top speed, folding style we love so they fit inside our Jeep. We look forward to many hours of fun on these bikes as we travel. Would recommend especially at this price point.
