The items I purchased are a good idea but are really too flimsy to make a difference. Also they are difficult to put on.

We appreciate the variety of leg splints that were offered. However, we have two points that made ordering difficult. My wife was advised to purchase some leg splints to try to bring her legs and feet relief from her MS, but nothing specific was suggested since this is a personal thing. She discovered your company and the variety of splints. When she read the guidelines for ordering and returning, what she had to do was order one of two different kinds to try and determine what would work for her. This was made difficult since one can't open a package and return it and then we'd also be subject to a 20% restocking fee and shipping fees for the one returned, She tried to evaluate each based on what they looked liked rather than functionality and comfort because she couldn't open the packages. Then we had to return one at a loss to us due to the postage and restocking fee, and order one of the kind she tried. It just seemed very customer unfriendly to go through these hoops to try to find something that is going to work to bring relief. A podiatrist isn't going to recommend a specific splint because it is such a personal matter.
