I liked the splint but the shipping is high and the restocking fee is ridiculous

Product was good ... Packing of the items was terrible. The boxes were all beat up and ripping apart. Therefore the product was hanging out.

I gave 3 stars not because the size of the gauntlet the brace itself, but the 54 inch lace that came w it was less than adequate to lace up . A 72 inch boot lace wasn't even enough. For a foot w/out swelling the 72 inch might be good. The online ordering process, delivery and follow up was all very good. Thank you

All I needed presently was a 15.99 lift, and shipping was 9.99, almost as much. This will make me think twice before checking with other companies for their practices. Sorry, just didn't make common sense.

Originally my package was shipped to the billing address rather than the shipping address. It took four phone calls as well as wasting my time filling out the online request for returns which is, they admit, a dead end. One must call in order to initiate the process of getting a return authorization number. I admit that the return page does say this on the web page further down from where it directs you to enter your product information and ordering number for no apparent reason. I actually repeated the process a second time without incident and my product arrived in a timely manner to the SHIPPING address. That is why the review is three stars rather than one or two. Eventually a Returns customer service agents stopped trying to figure out how this was my fault , conceded that the info on the invoice should have been but was not followed and graciously refunded my purchase and shipping costs.
