I thought the whole process was super easy The drivers were professional and checkout was smoothly run. The pick up directions were understandable, but the parking card we received at pick was a great resource after a long flight.

The driver did not Drop me off at the terminal. He drop me off at some run down lower level facility. The driver gave me the wrong instructions for pick up, causing Unnecessary delay when it was time for me to be picked up. He told me to wait at the wrong location. The driver was very uncourteous during my drop off.

Wow! This ones a doozy! Liz, thanks for taking the time to write.. Couple if things.. we drop EVERYONE off a the same place at each terminal. This is the spot tha the port authority requires us to use.... level one at each terminal. The drivers give each customer a card with very simple explicit instructions for pick up. How do we park hundreds of cars each day and continue to watch our business grow if we treated a customer like this? We would be empty!

We had a great experience. Good parking lot and quick travel to the airport. Also back from the airport to the parking lot was good.

Shuttle On time. Also, the car was the way I left it in good condition waiting for me. I like the fact we don’t leave our keys we keep it

First time using air park Newark. Usually fly JFK. Ease of parking and ride to the airport were great. Pickup was fast but the driver was rude to every other rider. We were first on and he was fine with me but rude and condescending to all the other passengers.
