They give you a card that says they come around all the terminals every 15 min. Waited at 2 different terminals for 30 min. Called them and they said we are suppose to call them when we land? All while their card says differently. But they are nice employees

Our initial experience with Air Park was great. It was easy to find, easy to find a parking spot, and the shuttle picked us up and got us to the airport quickly. After returning to Newark, we had to wait over 40 minutes outside for a shuttle back to the lot. There was only one shuttle available and the first time it went by it was already full from visiting the other terminals. This is why I only give it 3 stars.

Adrienne. Yes, we ran only one shuttle. Based on today's pandemic, our business is down 95%. We are fighting to stay open at this point.

Overall fine. Spaces much too close so do t park a nice car there. Took 15 to get picked up waiting in cold winter weather on return. Driver didn’t get up from seat to help with luggage. On positive side it’s fairly cheap.

RSI Thanks for writing.. Parking spots are normal 9' spots. This is the first time anyone has complained about the size of the spots. Drivers have been reminded of their responsibilities.. Sorry about this.

First time using air park Newark. Usually fly JFK. Ease of parking and ride to the airport were great. Pickup was fast but the driver was rude to every other rider. We were first on and he was fine with me but rude and condescending to all the other passengers.

Jason Thanks for writing. Do you know the drivers name? Or what did he look like? [email protected]

I was quoted a price that was suppose to be less money than I paid for when I originally set up my reservation and I still ended up paying more money for some reason I thought that was wrong and deceiving of your online discounts

Hey Mr Diaz. The price was exactly what was stated on the web site your reserved on.. 3rd party sites charge extra fees to reserve on their site. Part of the total you paid us gets given back to the 3rd party site for advertising there. To get our best price without paying 3rd party sites extra fees, you need to reserve and pay on our web site. Join our club and its even cheaper! www.AirparkNewark.com

I wish I knew that the buses would pick us up at the car,so I could have waited inside a warm car with my family... After that smooth, but the Van wreaked of a Urine like smell and really botherd my wife. Otherwise, good service.

Traveler. Thanks for writing.. WE TRY! It's frustrating sometimes trying to cover every base for each and every customer. But we try. It is stated on our website. It is on a notice on the ticketing machine when you scan to enter the lot. As you enter, directly in front of you is a 6' x 10' sign that says, you can walk to the nearest bus stop or WAIT BY YOUR CAR for the shuttle.,. Not sure what more we can do..

Very good on entry. Easy and quick. Return was terrible....shuttle was at least 40 min. wait in the 16 degree midnight/1am temp. Driver was less than friendly! Probably the worst was the fact that the group of people I was with were counting how many times the other Private parking shuttles were circling....definitely not pleased!

Signage at the entrance is terrible. I passed by twice. A sheet saying exactly where to wait at terminal, and how often the pick up passes by would be helpful. A direct line ,to a human to speak with, more specific zones in the parking area indicated. 6A,6B etc. Arrows to waiting area at lot....

Ms valdes.. you should have recieved a card when u got on the shuttle explaining pick up procedures. It's all pretty simple, we pick you up right where we drop u off.. you can always get to person in the booth by hitting number one on phone prompts if needed. As for waiting in lot. Big sign as u drive in explains that all u need to do is wait by your car..
