I bought a refurbished AED on black friday sale for my new business (Chiropractic clinic). The AED sold to me was on back-order and they didn't know when they were going to get more in-stock, so they offered me a new AED for the same price as a compromise. That really impressed me; that's how you retain customers. Thank you!

You said you had what I needed in stock then when I placed my order you emailed me a couple days later saying it was on back order. I HATE OVER PROMISE UNDER DELIVER.

Today, we attended a training session led by Chris, who clearly viewed himself as the authority on CPR. Throughout the session, he displayed an air of superiority, approaching our questions with an attitude that suggested he believed we were all inexperienced and unqualified. Whenever we sought clarification or assistance, he turned his nose up at our inquiries, choosing not to engage or provide any meaningful answers. If this reflects the standards of your company, I strongly advise against using this company or not request Chris as an instructor.
