Sold me a school package that did not include the carrying case. The description does not specify that it comes with it but in past purchases it came with the case. Now it is an extra $176 and by the way that unit is now obsolete and they will no longer manufacture pads or batteries. Now I have an expensive anchor without a case. How could you be expected to grab the AED during an emergency and not have everything you need in a case. Run back and forth till you have everything you needed.

I had to buy from this dealer, and the transaction went fine, but the amount of emails I got before and after purchase was absurd. Immediately after I looked at the product about a week ago and made plans to buy closer to my current pads' expiration date, I was bombarded with no less than an email per day harassing me into a purchase. If I had anywhere else at all to go for this particular product, I would, because despite being part of the internet generation, this experience involved more trashy, nagging emails than any other individual transaction I've ever experienced, and that's not even slightly an exaggeration. Whoever's in charge of those marketing decisions is no doubt losing your company money.

The company was very pleasant and easy to work with for our church to get updated supplies. The delivery was quick and when there was a minor delay with one product, communication was efficient and clear.

It was an okay experience. Still not sure if it was necessary.

I did everything asked of me for two weeks just to be told that my church's tax-exempt code was not acceptable. I then sent a copy of the tax-exempt certificate and was again denied. I was not given a reason why it was not acceptable. I have never had an issue with the code being denied. The item ordered was very important, so I just gave up and ordered it while paying the taxes.
