All 4 orders that I placed and paid for were cancelled for some reason that nobody was able to explain.

I gave 4 stars only because the online credit card was very challenging! Otherwise price was good. Will do another review when product arrives

The app to talk to a representative was very helpful and fast!

I could not sign in. When I tried "forget Password" I could not read the captcha because of eyesight issues. Chat could not answer my questions.

1. I sent in Tax Exempt forms as requested - never recieved email asking for corrections. 2. When I called the person who assisted me was very helpful. I sent in corrected forms but have yet to receive a corrected invoice. (Sent in on 8/18/26) 3. Even though I ordered and received the AED Product replacement -- I just received ANOTHER reminder for the exact same item. No one needs more clutter in their Inbox - so something in your system isn't updating/connecting correctly .
