7 days without reply for customer service
I recieved the wrong item and reported it to customer service rep 7 days ago. I need to know how Aed.con is going to make this right. I have been patient because of the holiday but since I have now recieved two requests for a rating I will submit.

Failure To Deliver
I never received my order. You charged my credit card but I never received the order.

Your salespeople were amazing
Your salespeople were amazing. They had an urgency to schedule an appointment for me to get my life vest. I was too naive regarding my diagnosis to understand. I had it on only 6 days when it performed a treatment. My thirteen-year-old daughter said to me one day after Christmas, "I am so glad that you had the lifevest on". And so am I! You truly are Lifesavers. Because of the Lifevest and your amazing staff I was able to celebrate another Christmas with my family and look forward to the new year. Thank you!
