Very simple procedure

System was easy to order appropriate pads. Only concern is that we were not offered an opportunity to enter our tax free certificate for the church

I ordered the package for training in error. I was attempting to sign up for the certification program. I called the company to correct, (12 hours after placing the incorrect order) and was told I have to receive the package and then return it. I have also been charged multiple times to the same product I do not want. This is an awful display of business practice.

Easy to get tax-exempt purchase approved, and staff were helpful and prompt in that regard.

Great service, customer service team was a big help.

Too lengthy , no need for test too

I was told if I sent our tax certificates that we would not be charged tax. Well on checkout our cart showed no tax. Then when I entered my credit card tax was charged. Being a federal agency, I now have to go through a arduous process to get the tax refunded.
