Website was easy to use, would have preferred they showed mftr model numbers so comparisons were easier. Item arrived pretty quickly but there was no shipping or tracking notice so I was in the dark. I emailed them and they replied quickly with a tracking number.

Terrible. I ordered the AED in June. There was no indication that it was not in stock. To my knowledge, my card was charged and I still haven't received the AED. The communication has been very poor as well.
