Paid for the course I need to take several days ago, and it still shows "processing" and doesn't let me take the course! Never seen such thing before. Terrible!

I bought 2 AEDs and after I paid, I was informed it was on BackOrder. I wouldn't have ordered it from them if I knew I would not get it in time! Customer Service line is always busy and email response is slow.

The equipment was great, the ease of the ordering was good. I just wished the wall case was part of the deal instead of being extra $$
