As an International trader , I have found Adsitco very courteous and prompt in all my dealings

This company has always been a resource for me as a Mercedes owner.

FENDER WAS DELIVERED WITH A DENT, BUT NOTHING I COULDN'T FIX. I ASKED SALESMAN REPEATEDLY IF BUMPER "ASSY" WOULD COME COMPLETE WITH ALL MOULDINGS. REPLY WAS IF IT SAYS COMPLETE IT SHOULD HAVE ALL. DID NOT COME WITH ANY MOULDINGS. ENDED UP BUYING ALL OTHER PIECES FROM MERCEDES.

You guys are awesome!!! You allowed me to change my order one day later, it came to my front door in 4 days perfectly revised. AND, NO Sales Tax!! KUDOS.

Fast shipping, good communications, doing business with Adsitco for years now.

Ordered a headlight assembly (new). Credit showed pending until shipping was added and I saw it hit and clear on my credit card. I received no emails or communication. When I finally got a hold of someone they said they couldnt get a new one and were searching for a used one. I said no, please cancel. I paid for a new one and they were going to send me a used one? They should have contacted me right away but they did not. They advertise inventory they do not stock or cannot get. This is bad business from a consumer perspective. When you place an order, they should not charge you unless they can source the product or have it in stock, not the other way around. I'm still waiting for my refund nearly 2 weeks after my initial order. I would definitely look someplace else and confirm stock, use them if you are desperate
