It's very difficult to find parts on your website as some of them are not list and I usually have to call to see if they are available. You parts quality is usually pretty good, but I think you are in a position to provide not just parts but guidance for DIY Mercedes benz maintenance, via youtube videos. No one else has this information..

It is easy and convenient for me as a foreign customer to order parts for my Mercedes with ADSIT

No need to shop for the best price or dig through a poorly designed website trying to find what you need. If the part exists they either have it or know where to get it and, after 5 years of using Adsitco, I have never once found a part that I could have purchased cheaper elsewhere. If you don't see a part on the website email them and they will actually respond! Good people that really know what they are doing.

Great company that is always their to help with your questions.

All the parts I need were available albeit with one special order. There was no follow up to inform me that one part would be late because it was being shipped from a different location. It took several phone calls from me just to get that information. I have used Adsit for years and will continue to do so but, it is advisable that the customer service improve.
