I love these products. The ingredients are very good for your skin and hair. My husband and I use the shampoo and I use the lotion daily. The coconut fragrance is awesome.

You have good customer service, that is true. But I'm not sure about product shipping to far away countries. I do agree that it's unfortunate to have never received my product due to some unidentifiable circumstance. And that is why I can't honestly rate you or your business.
