The chapsticks are just okay. I am pretty sure that some of them are the cause of my lips peeling. They do smell nice though. However, I do not think that they are quite worth the price, except for the elderberry one. The elderberry one is 5 stars. But all the others are kinda meh. All and all, they are just okay.

The quality of the products is average. The pricing of it the products is way above their quality. But the service is good.

The soap smells and works amazing. However, I will not be purchasing the products again because I do not know the complete ingredient list of the soaps. There are se ingredients listed but not all of them. This is very disappointing. As a customer, I am asked to spend my money and also put my trust in a product that is to be applied to my skin. And yet the company asking this of me does not reciprocate by disclosing what the product consists of. Once more, I find it alarming that this company happens to be the only company I have found with this issue. Each and every product that I have purchased grants me full disclosure of their ingredient list. I will not support a company that is not transparent.

Pros: They gave me a few small samples when I ordered some products. Cons: I messaged them and requested item return due to my allergic reaction. They never replied nor refunded me.
