Excellent Training Sessions Easy to understand Real-Time work experience Friendly Employers

As a small business owner, I had a need to find a VA that could learn quickly, grow with my business, and provide service at a low price. The Acadium platform allowed me to do just that. Everything from messaging the candidates to the weekly progress reports on my apprentice were very user-friendly and contributed to a streamlined, efficient experience. I would highly recommend Acadium to fellow small business owners and I'm excited to being another mentorship on the platform!

I have recently joined Acadium and I am enjoying the experience thus far.Compared to the past when I would look for marketing internships and end up far from it Acadium is the real deal.It is not like other internships in Digital Marketing that I have been involved in that clearly take on interns only to fufill office work/sales/customer service.Acadium teaches you the basis on core marketing skills and then allows you to form apprenticeships with Digital Marketers with experience that are willing to help you gain experience in the field.I wish this app was available when I just graduated!!! Would have saved so much time.I have just secured my first apprenticship after completing some of the courses and look forward to all Acadium has to offer on my marketing journey.

I've had an awesome experience with Acadium. The staff really tried to help me and truly cares. My first intern was ok. My 2nd intern has been amazing and I can't wait to find my 3rd one. As an entrepreneur, it's been wonderful to learn how to train and see if it's the right fit without having to spend an arm and a leg which puts extra pressure on everything. I love this concept and I can't wait to see where they go with it.

Love this platform. It has helped me enormously in my business, as I can get good quality help for free and I can connect with and mentor students, which I really enjoy. They often come up with great ideas for social media, and keep my platforms running when I'm too busy to do it myself. Also, I've had help sending out newsletters and organize my blog page on my website. Really great to get stuff off my long to do list, and provide experience at the same time.

Find talented marketing apprentices that will elevate your business! I've had a great experience with Acadium and hired my first apprentice as an employee. Before Acadium, I was struggling with overwhelming workloads but after working with my first apprentice, my workload decreased and I was able to trust her with big tasks, which has now opened a lot more time for me to work on things that matter most. The team is also very helpful and supportive. The candidates are experienced, trained, and talented. Just be mindful of time zone differences, commitment, hours of availability, and fluency in English when hiring someone abroad. Be proactive when contacting candidates and spend time daily with your apprentice to get best results. Definitely recommend!

I love the mission of Acadium (former GenM), serving both the businesses and students who want to excel in different areas in marketing. The lectures and slideshows are very carefully prepared and helpful for everyone at any level. Customer service is also very supportive and responsive, they have never left any of my questions unanswered and they are ready to provide the best experience for students. Highly recommended and hope to be back in the future, maybe as a business owner this time:)
