AcadiumReviews of acadium.com

After completing a series of digital marketing classes I have always needed a platform to practice and enhance what I have learnt especially in the aspect of SEO, and Acadium gave me just that, it's a perfect platform to link with businesses to gain more experience in online marketing

Highly recommended platform for anyone who wants to learn and apply new skills on-the-job. I was matched with a mentor the very first day my application got approved and started my apprenticeship immediately.

RIP OFF! We had a bad experience and tried to get assistance. What did we get back in response....CRICKETS! We ended up cancelling the service. To our surprise, we were charged when the renewal option came up. Mistakes happen, but we couldn't reach anyone to fix the issue. We finally had to leave a bad (horrible) review to get a response. The CEO, Moe, contacted us and their team was to refund the unauthorized charge and cancel our account (see below). Apparently, they said they cancelled the account and NEVER did. They just charged us again! What kind of POS company takes unauthorized money from people in the middle of a PANDEMIC! They are either stupid or crooked. Either way, if you are thinking of using this service, move on to another platform. And "Moe", the clock is ticking. Here is what your team of crack specialists sent us on the 22nd of January, you know, the first time you tried to rip us off! Kristine V (Acadium) Jan 27, 8:45 AM EST Hi there Rich and Andrea! We have already canceled your account and refunded you the recent charges. Please give it 5-10 banking days for it to reflect on your account. I have attached here the invoice as well for the refunds😊 Thank you for giving our platform a chance so early on and as we grow, we hope to see you return in the future as we continue to improve our processes and product. All the best and looking forward to speaking soon👋 Cheers, Kristine Acadium Membership Success Team

Excellent idea , brilliant customer service , easy-to-use platform. The apprentice that I’m working with is great!

It is a very nice concept, offering you the stepping stone into digital marketing even if you do not know much about the subject. I was matched very fast with interesting companies right away. I recommend it.

I have nothing but positive words about Acadium. Have worked couple of apprentices and Acadium has evolved in their support and experience so much that I would absolutely reccomend this platform to any small business owner looking for a marketing help. Thank you guys. Keep on rocking.

Good platform where you can find an up and coming marketing professional. You have to go through a lot of candidates to find the right fit, but that is the case with all talent platforms. Customer service responds quickly to any questions.

Acadium helped take my digital marketing skills to the next level. I was mentored by the two best mentors who taught important skills such as copywriting, market research, optimizing content for keywords, and managing business accounts. Thank you Matt, Christina, and Acadium!
