Hi Kenneth, I'm sorry your order has been slower than you expected. For orders shipping to the USA from Canada we do say 2-3 weeks. We sent you a tracking number on Friday. The pellets are so so small I can…
This is a review of WHP homeopathic. The pellets are so so small I can barely see them. Getting them under the tongue is no easy feat. An inefficient way to dispense these miniscule pellets. There has to be a better method to make these more easily dispensable and visible to the eye.

Poor handling of order
I ordered a medicine. Order went through but after 4 days they tell me, they don’t make this potency. I am disappointed the way they update their website. Customers need to know right away if that potency is not available so they can order somewhere else. 4 days were too much to know the unavailability. Sorry! I am giving 2 stars just for my previous experience that was good. They can definitely improve.

Hi Pushpinder, I'm sorry about your experience with our store. We list what the lab tells us they have available. The labs we deal with all work differently but there is one who tend to tell us when an item is out of stock only when we put the order in, and the pharmacist goes to the shelf and sees the bottle is empty, and then the order bounces. It doesn't happen often but when it does, it is an irritation, I agree. 4 days is a long time to wait, but the lab has a backlog of orders at present. I'm sorry about that. All I can do is apologise. Hi Harry, I'm sorry but the labs are very busy at the moment, and there is a delay to remedies being manufactured to fulfil your order.. The site does warn about this but evidently it needs to be clearer. We'll make it clearer. Stay safe, Simon

NO DELIVERY OF ORDER
I recently ordered, on December 3rd 2018, some Homeopathic medicines but have not got the package yet. My order no.189726 dated 2018-12-03. At first I got 2 mails from them informing me about dispatch. But now they are not answering my email thru their site. They have my phone number also. I want to cancel the order but don't no whether I will get back my money. Abc homeopathy do not have a phone number to contact also. Nalini Iyer

Dear Shree, We have phoned you directly, explained the situation and given you a full refund. I am sorry that we did not get back to you sooner. We have been awaiting a reply from USPS (see below). We should have responded to you sooner, to let you know that we had received your email and were acting on it. I can only apologise for this oversight. For anyone else reading this review, what happened is that USPS carted your order all the way across the country, to a sorting centre in your state, and then they shipped it all the way back to us. We then asked you to confirm your address, which you did. We then tried again to ship your order. Again USPS got it to your state sorting centre and then shipped it all the way back to us. As a result of our query to them, after your query to us, they have initiated an investigation. I can appreciate how frustrating this has been for you. I can assure you, it's been frustrating for us too. Once again, please accept my sincere apologies for the lack of communication. Warm wishes & merry Christmas, Simon

Hi Olga, Thanks very much for taking the time to give us a review. I'm very sorry that we have failed to meet your expectations on this occasion. Unfortunately, we don't get any information from Trustpilot that could help us trace your order to see why it was so slow. Items that need to be shipped to the USA from Canada can take up 2 weeks but we do say this on the store pages. Other reasons for delays include public holidays (some labs take the Friday after Thanksgiving off too), but again, we are upfront about this in the store pages. They don't send timely updates
They don't send timely updates, so you have no idea when your order has been shipped, much less when it will arrive.

I'm sorry you did not get updates on your order. The process is partly manual and the lab has had a few staff off sick and, so it is possible your tracking updates got missed. Once again, I'm very sorry you didn't get updates.
