The remedies (medicines) are good, but my order started with approximately $10 for shipment and ended with an enforced payment of $20 instead—this is unprofessional and may affect Abc Homeo's name or brand image soon.

Hi, I'm sorry you got the wrong thing. However we don't offer a 30 Oz size, only 80 pellets and unit dose (and liquids, in ml). Once I created the other order, there is no communication email. I had to make another order with other company to make sure I get my meds on time

I emailed asking about the dosage. My doctor said one pellet dosage per day. But your pellets are much much smaller. How many pellets of yours would be equal to one pellet of Boiron? I never got an answer. Please send me a return label. I'll return it and get my refund, and go back to Boiron.

This company used to be both very reliable and a good source for legitimate practitioners. We placed an order for 2nd day shipping for urgently needed remedies and four days later no delivery has been made. The company will not respond to repeated emails and inquiries and it appears questionable as to whether or not they are still operating given their lack of response. If they are still operating, that is unprofessional and unhelpful. Ordering from the manufacturer used to take longer but may be the best option.

However there was a recent customer who did not receive their shipment by second day air because of supply chain delays. (KL?). Hi, I'm sorry about your experience with our store. We list what the manufacturing labs tell us they have available. Some of the labs tend to only tell us an item is out of stock only when we put the order in, and the pharmacist goes to the shelf and sees the bottle is empty, and then the order bounces.
