I was referred and wish that I never switched over to this horrendous company. Can’t wait for my contract to end so I can leave! Terrible customer service, never a supervisor on shift. Every single month I’d have to call in because of my bill. Terrible! New customer beware!

No notice of shut off claim that I should know because I know when the due date is, however Texas Law states I’m supposed to get a notice and they claim to send it to my email which I never got even though I get other emails from them and on their app there was also no notice on there either. They just shut off my electricity with a newborn with no warning and they don’t want to acknowledge that. Also, Texas law states that in the winter months there should offer payment arrangement or something to help. I have received zero communication.

The company has a consistent website payment issue and the Reps are generally challenged with language barriers. I'm NOT racist by any means, however, It would be nice to discuss concerns and challenges with organizational reps & individuals who are fluent in the native tongue of the customers they are serving

Tell me how I’m on a plan that is supposed to save me money when I’m using between 850-1000 watts. Mind you I’m in a small one bedroom apartment so I could never hit that wattage goal… so I changed my plan because I was paying $170-$190 per month. The customer service rep said my same usage would come out to $130 with the fees, great!! Now ALL OF THE SUDDEN I’m easily hitting 950 watts. My bill this month was $200!!! No change in how I use my ac or lights, and my schedule is the same. This company is a scam. I reached out and was told the only thing they can do is charge me to send someone to read the meter. I’m dumping this company asap

very expensive.... claims to be cheap energy. i had a duplex one unit was 4change and the other was constellation. 4change would be $100 some months while constellation was $40... same size units... right next to each other side by side... same a/c unit etc... explain that.

Be more transparent with costs! Says they don’t use billboards for advertisement; however be careful with their pricing. Was on a Maxsaver 24 and being charged over $0.22 a kw after the delivery charge. Offered me $0.13; however that’s charge, add another $0.07 for a total of $0.20 a kw. Be careful!

It has been a nightmare. During my first month with the company, I tried using their website to pay my bill. The site did not take my card. After several attempts, I contacted their customer service to be informed that they currently do not take Visa but will take Mastercard or American Express, which I do not possess. I was given an alternative: I could go to a local store and pay cash along with the processing fee of the establishment or have my bank pay the bill and provide the company with the tracking number so they could process the payment from their end. To perform this task, I would have to call them because they do not have a way for the customer to contact them online from their account. The lack of customer assistance in this matter has been extremely frustrating. Unbelievable, I will find another company that values its customers and has processes in place to assist them instead of making the customer do all the work, and the company receives all the benefits.
