25 % off and free ship made me place an order and if i see this again i will order again.

Great value. The person on the phone was very helpful. Received items as expected.

I've used your company for many years and have never had a problem in the ordering process or with the shipping. I trust 1-2-3 Refills and I do recommend them to friends.

Very pleased with product and service. Will purchase again.

Thanks to your refills I can save my old printer and not have to buy a new one!!

Tried to order on line. Found the printer cartridge from their list. However, if I wanted more cartridges i found it impossible to do so. Ended up having to call in and order on the phone. Very frustrating

Order came without instructions guarantee or receipt. If I have a problem I don't know how to solve

After several orders, I have never had any disappointments. Just need to keep in mind its regular shipping and takes a bit more time. Always pleased with merchandise and I have yet to find anyplace close to competitve.
