Super easy installation. Instructions are simple. Use some silicon or aluminum sealent with the screws around the contact edge. Make sure there is good contact and don't overtighten. I've been building for 20+ years. If your a novice be patient, use a good set of shears, and don't over think it.

Great! Everything performed as expected. Ink colors are unnoticed in regard to the OEM cartridge colors and all is well. There was a problem with my Office Jet 8600 Plus accepting the cartridges after refilling them where the computer chip tried to prevent acceptance. A full-reset on the machine and turning off the chip made it a non-issue.

It took too long to get delivery. Telephone calls were unacceptable, even after getting to talk to a supervisor, no satisfaction. Finally I emailed and got in touch with Grace who called me and checked into the matter She was very good at her job and I highly commend her. I ordered the ink kit 12/06/14 and finally received it 12/17/14 Tracking the item failed until after delivery was made today

Placing the order was easy enough but delivery is yet to occur. The USPS tracking number provides information that the order was delivered to a partner at 12:19 p.m. on December 9. This is 8:47 p.m. on December 16 and the order still has not arrived. Admittedly this is the Christmas season and a lot of packages are in the mill but still, a week should be time enough. I'm glad I didn't need the order quickly.
