The location in Rome Ga recently flooded due to a rainstorm. I'm having to empty my units to get to the items that were in the water. Will be moving out as soon as possible. Do not recommend this location.
Response from 10 Federal· Apr 12, 2021
Hi Donna, Thank you for your review. We sincerely apologize for any issues you have experienced while storing with us. While we do our very best to ensure the facility is kept safe, clean, and secure, for our tenants the extreme weather can't always be avoided. We prepared for the storm with sandbags as an extra precaution, and many other measures were taken, but unfortunately the area was surrounded by the flood and did some damage to the facility. We hope to make things right, but please do not hesitate to reach out for anything you may need in the meantime. We appreciate your honest feedback and thank you for your business. Sincerely, Management
