Need better check in procedure
The kiosk went to the 3rd page out of 6 and quit working. Multiple phone calls later and an hour and half I finally got a unit rented. Total bologna! Good thing I did this the day before I needed it because I would have really been upset even more. Really frustrating experience that shouldn’t have happened.
