Created a trial account, did not like it, deleted account, but now I still get emails from them about "Your week ahead...", no matter how many times I unsubscribe!

I have been a subscriber to Zwift for over 5 years and found it to be a fun and useful training aid. However, I recently purchased the Zwift Play controllers and have had nothing but issues with them. When I reported these after 45 days I was told that since it was over 30 days my years Warrenty was void and I could not return a faulty item. When I pressed that this was incorrect under UK statutory law I was disconnected and told I had to stop using webchat and start using email. The. All communication stopped and nobody from Zwift would respond. Do not purchase anything from this company as they have no concept of legal obligations nor customer care.

Not bad, but I find rouvy more fun. This is after a while just a video game

Absolutely useless customer service, impossible to get hold of. No phone number, just a chat bot that goes round in circles

Can you please stop with incessant updates to the Windows PC app, every time I don't log in for a few days I have to spend 10 minutes downloading an update and also have to enter the password way too often (I do tick the 'remember me' box). This means I have to spend good 10-15 minutes regularly before I can start my workout, who has time for that?

Always has problems and connection issues. Poor customer service and nobody to contact. Can't recommend at all.

I love Zwift, have been a user for 5+ years and will probably be a user forever… Great product and great service.
