Activating my lifetime warranty and haven't used yet, but it looks sturdy, well-made, and functional.

Shipped quickly and everything was packaged well. I purchased a long-side dish rack, two sponge holders for dish sponge and sink brush, and a utensil holder for bottle brushes. Construction is sturdy and it looks sleek in my kitchen. Love that everything can go in the dishwasher.

I was happy to see my Zojila dish rack delivered. I started using it right away. The rack fits quite a lot of dishes and it's a pleasure to see the water drain easily down the angled base. I hate other dish racks and look forward to using this one.

After some initial concern about how we were going to fit half sheet pans, we figured it out and everything we've washed so far has fit fine. This dish rack appears to be truly buy-it-for-life, being 100% stainless steel, and it looks great on the counter. 10/10 would recommend to our friends.

Well-designed, aesthetically pleasing, gets the job done

I do wish there was better communication from the company about shipping and when to expect delivery. However, when I reached out, they responded quickly with an update and my drainer arrived just a couple days later. So, overall I was satisfied with Zojila’s customer service.
