I ordered 2 nugget ice machines on the 18th, said delivery from Texas by November 27th. I have emailed service@zmasterminepte several times without a response, I have the receipt that was emailed to me and of course the money was taken from my account but have not received any communication! Ordere No: 4PXBQ-30RJOLN

They took my money for merchandise shipped something not sure what product was shipped to Burlington Ontario I live in Vegreville Alberta. A 2nd shipment was to be shipped out to myself they provided the same tracking number for the 1st shipment. Would never provide any details of my purchase made in October 2022

Not even 1 star is worth it I order a Christmas tree I send them more the 3 emails only answer me once to tell me they they shipped it but they are very busy to send me a tracking number all the other emails that I send them they ignore me I’m very upset not only for the money but also they’re so many crooks out there

I too have joined the number of people scammed by these people if I can call them that!! I contacted my credit company and they will help me. I’m going a step further and reporting them to consumer affairs, attorney general, and all that I can. Yes, I ordered those Christmas trees advertised on Facebook and lost about $60. But, I will not let them get away with it. I hope all who were taken advantage of will do the same!!

DO NOT USE THUS COMPANY. I ordered an air fryer on Facebook (never again) they took my money I never received the goods, thought at the time it was cheap should have listened to my gut instinct, thankfully I used my credit card, I have read all the comments on trust pilot which I should have done in the first place. Beware a totally dishonest company.
