This crew was on time, fast and efficient. They moved and wrapped my belongings with care. I appreciated their representative’s understanding when my move date changed after I made my deposit. They kept in touch with me about every detail during a stressful week of waiting to move. I also recommended their services to my daughter who was moving to the same location and was given a great discount.

My experience was ok. A two day move was compressed to one upon initial arrival and that turned out to be a poor decision. The effort took MUCH longer than estimated and resulted in a 15.5 hour day. It was too long. Things were moved that weren’t supposed to and vice versa. Damage to moved items and walls on both ends of the move that requires touch up/repair. Items are missing….im hopeful some of them appear as they were special and were not supposed to be moved to begin with! All the additional energy and effort resulted in a refund of only $1097 on a $10k move. Just enough to cover tips and food for the movers.

The staff were the best I have ever had! And I have moved about 15 times. They were polite, efficient, handled all pieces like eggs! Wrapped many items and finished earlier than expected! I rarely leave reviews, but these men did so well I needed to let you know. I will be using Zip Moving in the future.

November 2024 - Terrible Moving Experience Writing a review here to warn people away from this company. Pretty standard intake process - everything seemed fine - but when the guys showed up (Sergio and two other guys), they immediately started rolling their eyes, saying they needed at least two additional hours (at $150/hr, which is a reasonable rate). I told them that I moved all this stuff into the place with two other guys in under 3 hours. They rolled their eyes and started counting the boxes. 1-by-1 the man is counting boxes and huffing and puffing like he's never seen boxes before -- they spent 30 minutes trying to get me to commit to additional hours. I refused. Instead, they took "only what they had time for," which was about half the stuff. They made a big show of moving incredibly slowly -- I would sprint past them carrying boxes and items and things, trying to speed the process along. When we arrived at the destination, I started helping them unload. Every time I ran down to the truck (we were moving my mother-in-law into a retirement community), Sergio would try to get her to sign off and hand him her credit card. "We get payment in the middle of the job; that's how we do it," he kept saying. Finally, after spending another 30 minutes haggling with me (while his two guys slowly unloaded the truck), I talked to his manager and let them run my credit card. The MINUTE they ran my card, the guys wheeled the last boxes in and left with 20 minutes remaining on the 3-hour clock. They did not even take the tape off the furniture; they didn't put my MIL's bed back together, which was the main reason we hired movers. Huge pieces of solid-wood furniture were just left stacked amongst boxes in the middle of the hallway. I cannot stress enough how much you should avoid this company. You'll read this, and then you'll read some good reviews, and maybe you'll decide to give them a shot. DON'T. They will try to upcharge you on the hours, and then they will go slowly to make sure the job takes the most time that they can possibly milk out of you. Don't do it.

Dear Matt, We deeply regret that you felt pressured during the process and that our team’s performance did not meet your expectations. We take these issues very seriously, including the concerns about efficiency, professionalism, and incomplete assembly at the destination. Please note, our company does require payment to be made before the delivery is finished and that can be found in the Terms and Conditions on our website. However, while we do request payment midway through jobs per our company policy, this should be done respectfully and without causing any inconvenience. Regarding the time your movers left, please note that we checked the GPS history for the truck that was used for the move. It clearly shows that the team left at 5:29 PM, while the move was charged until 5:30 PM. We strive to set clear expectations about the scope of work and time estimates during the process. We understand that this didn’t happen here, and we’re reviewing this case to ensure better communication and transparency going forward. We want to make this right and regain your trust. Please contact us directly at (855) 947-6543 so we can discuss your experience in more detail and explore how we can rectify this situation. Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We are committed to learning from this and improving our services.
